The following board of directors will be formed to manage and supervise the entire work of the fund:-
(a) One person nominated by the Patron – Chairman
(b) Three members from among the secretaries of the Government of Nepal nominated by the President (c) Three members from among the representatives of Nepal government departments or governmental or non-governmental organizations nominated by the chairman. (d) Four members from among the representatives of international organizations or persons of international fame nominated by the chairman. (e) three persons deemed fit for the fund nominated by the Chairman – members
(g) One person nominated by the Chairman – Member – Secretary
